Kris Bailey is a dependable and attentive perinatal professional. A mom of 2 and dog mom. Since 2014 Kris has been active in birth and postpartum wellness space. She offers a well rounded doula experience: Birth doula, postpartum doula, parent coach, childbirth educator. Certified lactation counselor and fertility advocate in training.
At the core Kris values evidence based research, unbiased and non-judgmental support and delivers in a calm and encouraging manner. Families welcoming new life deserve to be cared for and held and she does just that.
Kris’s role as a birth doula is to provide emotional and physical support to a birthing individual during their labor and delivery and reassurance and perspective to partners . Her goal during your pregnancy is to provide you with enough information and tools to feel confident on the onset of labor.

This is how we plan to keep your family safe.
COVID / CLIENTS WITH SICK FAMILY MEMBERS.
I am adapting to last-minute changes with flexibility, security and everyone’s safety in mind. The doula brings a change of clothes, takes off shoes, and uses all precautions to prevent the spread of germs, hand washing, and wearing a mask.
The situation with COVID continues to evolve, If work began the unused hours will be refunded or can be transferred to your virtual care.
In the event, you choose not to utilize the doula services after contracting with Kris Bailey(such as moving out of NYC) or do not use your hours within the allotted time frame the deposit and all fees paid for services are non-refundable. Payment is expected for any hours the doula worked. .
Hours are not transferable to anyone else or for other services than contracted.
The client must inform the doula if anyone in their family was been exposed to COVID or called by a tracer and need to quarantine or any contagious illness before the doula arrives for a postpartum shift. Kris your doula will let you know if she been exposed or contacted by a COVID tracer.
